1. Shipping Policy
• Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on location and carrier availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
• International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order is shipped, Your Healing Room LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If a package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier.
2. Return & Refund Policy
• Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.
• Refunds: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
