Our desire is to provide unmatched customer service. We have taken a painstaking amount of time to work with some of the most premium vegan, cruelty-free, natural, and holistic companies in the US. As of 2019, not one body butter, essential oil, or mist is being shipped outside of the US or Canada. We pride ourselves on having local premium products that enhance your quality of life and aid in your self-care healing.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or where you have received a size or item different from what was ordered.

If the product is damaged when delivered, please email us with a photo and upon approval of the product being defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized, we will take care of a replacement promptly. Items must be unused and in the condition they were received. For replacements, contact us here first and you will be sent a follow-up of how and where to email your images. At this time, we do not offer refunds; however, you may submit a claim through our contact page at any time if you feel a refund is needed for any reason. 

We take our customer service and customer experience seriously. We respond within 24-48 hours to you; however, you must leave an email and or phone number when contacting us.
